The Governor is allowing dental offices in Oregon to re-open earlier than first mandated. Our 1st day seeing patients will be Monday, May 4th. Over the next week, we will be rescheduling a 6-week backlog of patient appointments, prioritizing patients with special appliances, patients with loose or broken appliances, and patients that were scheduled to have braces removed. Then, we will be contacting patients in order of those who have not been seen in the longest period of time. For example, if you had an adjustment appointment to be seen on March 17th, you will be one of the 1st patients to be rescheduled. Before we will see any patient for an appointment, we must have a signed Informed Consent Addendum on file. A printable Addendum can be accessed HERE. Please bring this signed form to your first appointment.
Please be patient with us while we tackle this 6-week backlog. We will be contacting you as soon as possible. We have added additional days to our schedule in order to accommodate everyone who is due to be seen, however it may be several weeks after May 4th before we can see you for your actual appointment.
Lastly, we have implemented new social distancing policies in the office to keep you, our staff, and our community safe from the spread of COVID-19. Only patients will be allowed in the treatment bay. Patients 12 and younger may have 1 parent or guardian accompany them into the lobby. Patients 13 and older must enter the lobby un-accompanied. We ask that all persons entering our lobby wear your own mask. At the conclusion of your appointment, we will call your parent or guardian to schedule your next appointment.
We appreciate your cooperation as we navigate this new world together. Above all, our goal is for everyone to stay safe and healthy!
