Snowmobiling in Oregon
Oregon has over 6,000 miles of snowmobile trails across the state. Families with children may choose to ride easy trails to the mountain, while more experienced riders may want steep terrain in the backcountry. Elk Lake is one of the most popular places in Central Oregon to ride. It is inaccessible in the wintertime, so getting there is part of the adventure! You can either rent a snowmobile from a guide service and ride the groomed 11-mile trail to Elk Lake Lodge, or you can arrange for the lodge’s snow cat to pick you up near Mt. Bachelor and rent them from the lodge itself. This area is surrounded by hundreds of miles of trails to ride. Make sure to warm up in the lodge with a hot meal and tasty beverage! Riding through pristine wilderness while enjoying views of Mt. Bachelor, The Three Sisters, and Broken Top is sure to satisfy your taste for adventure this winter!!

- After your first visit, look for a postcard in the mail. The postcard will include your first sticker, and update you on our current contests and events that you can participate in. At Jady Chiakowsky Orthodontics, we love involving our patients in exciting contests and events during their time with our office.
- Stick that sticker and share it! Post a photo of it on Facebook or Instagram and tag our office. Every tagged photo that includes one (or an entire collection) of our stickers will earn you an entry into our bi-annual grand prize drawing. The prize changes every time, so just ask! (Hint: It’s always worth it.)
- You’ll get a new postcard and sticker every 3 months until you are ready to get started with braces. How many will you collect?
